Grace was born and raised in Ottawa.  She went to Carleton University and graduated with an Undergraduate Law Degree.  Grace joined the insurance industry and received her OTL in April 2009.  In September 2009 she joined a local Insurance Brokerage and later obtained her RIBO license in February 2010.   In February 2011, she became an employee of Binks Personal as an Account Manager servicing a book of business.
